My favorite movie is "the Gladiator" movie with Russell Crow. It is a historical film based on a real historical events of the ancient Rome at the time of gladiators and Caesars. The gladiators were the slaves of rich people, who bought them just for one aim - for public entertainment. The gladiators were the men who fought against another gladiators or even animals and the end of all fights was the death of one of them. The most popular place for gladiator fights of that period was the Coliseum in Rome.
