My favourite dish is potatoes with fried chicken and salad and I want to tell you about it. If I want to make it i need potatoes, chicken meat, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, some parsley and fennel. Also I need a bit of sour cream as a sauce for salad, and ketchup for chicken. It usually takes thirty-forty minutes to cook all of these but i really enjoy the process of cooking. When I am eating it I start from the salad and them proceed to the main course. I hope you would like it as well.
