Some people tell that it is very hard to learn some new language but it is not true. They just don't know about the systematic study. We used to read some texts, learn new words and practice some grammar at school. And we used just a book or two. Nowadays there are a lot of applications to learn words and even to listen to some texts. We can use youtube, watch series with subtitles, learn songs, go abroad and live with some native speakers or go to study abroad. There are a lot of programs such as Work and Travel for students or exchange programs for children. So the first rule is like that - you need to want to learn a foreign language and you will find a way.
