1) The subjects that you like AT school and leisure activities are indicators of your interests.

Пояснение: at school - это принятое сочетание предлога с существительным (ср. с at college, at university).

2) Many people base their career choices on THEIR interests.

Пояснение: в роли подлежащего выступает словосочетание many people, соответственно, мы должны использовать притяжательное местоимение 3-го лица множественного числа (т. е. they).

3) People should understand their values prior to career decision.

Пояснение: глагол makes тут явно лишний, так как с конструкцией prior to он не сочетается.
