Fast food is a real problem for our health, especially for little children and teens. But we don't understand its harmful influence. We like to eat different hamburgers with much calories, because it's really tasty. We like to go to the cafes where such menu is usual meal. But when we feel ourselves bad, when we have stomachache or pain in the liver, we begin to remind all importance of healthy food. Fast food makes our life joyful, because usually we eat it during the breaks or holidays. And this makes us happier. But from the other side, we hurt ourselves, not thinking about future problems with health. Parents, doctors, school posters warn us about them, but we don't pay attention to this. Because we're young and we want to live without any prohibitions. What have we useful from that fast food? Nothing! It's true. Fast food is a short period of happy time, but useless, of course. Certainly, it's the choice of every person. Everybody chooses his or her own style of life, even in food. So I think, we can't influence to anybody, if we don't pay attention to our health ourselves. Nevermind, I wish to be healthy and happy to everybody!
