If I had any free time, I would go to the swimming pool.

I wouldn't buy this coat if I were you.

The soup would taste better if it wasn't so salty.

If I could cook just like you, I would open my own restaurant.

Условные предложения второго типа (выражают маловероятные предположения, относящиеся к настоящему или будущему). Образуются: в придаточном предложении используется if + past simple, в главном - would / could + infinitive (без частицы to).
