In general, I like sports and I think that each of us should do some kind of sport in order to be healthy, slim and strong. Once I went to basketball, but now my favorite sport is badminton. I go to the sports section and constantly play in the yard with a friend, if the weather allows this. But in the hall, of course, it is much more comfortable to play - the wind does not interfere. I like this kind of sport because neither strength nor speed are needed here, but you need to have a very fast reaction. Badminton very well develops coordination and teaches quick decisions.
