Во всех индустриальных странах уровень жизни неуклонно меняется; это означает, что образование, которое было достаточно хорошо тридцать лет назад, не всегда хорош для них сегодня. Широко признана серьезная необходимость найти пути и средства обеспечения непрерывного и полного внедрения университетов в современные потребности в быстро меняющемся мире. А это означает, что стили обучения, качество учебных материалов и организация университета должны постоянно обновляться и совершенствоваться.
