It has been well-proven by the different scientists and average people that the fast food is nowhere near healthy for our well-being. This is mostly due to the upcoming reasons. First of all, fast food often times is made out of artificially grown products that can stay "alive" for a long time, which makes them potentially harmful to our health. Secondly, fast food contained a lot of calories and may cause the cholesterol levels to rise, causing heart attacks or death threats. This is why fast food is generally bad.
