Project "Let's cook a special dish for Christmas

As we know Christmas is a special family holiday. All relatives try to gather together, to wish warm words each other and to have great delicious dinner. So many people usually cook tasty dishes, sweet cakes with surprises, etc. What can we cook? I think a big roasted goose or turkey with apples and lemons will be nice. Fried or baked potatoes will be good for such meat. Of course, salad or just vegetables can be added to the meal. Also we can make small cookies or cakes and put lovely wishes inside them.
