Entrance exams are held in summer. More than 20 new technological institutes were founded in the last decade. Basic engineering subjects are studied in the first and second years. Highly-qualified specialists are trained at higher schools. More than a million students were enrolled to the institutes and universities of this country last summer. The training of specialists will be improved as a result of restructuring in the next few years.
