1. I have been working on this problem for two months. 2. You have been talking all this nonsense all day long. 3. I've been trying to get you all day, Geoge. 4. I haven't been sleeping well for months. 5. We've been seeing each other regularly since the party at Helen's. 6. Jack isn't working now. He has not been working for years.
