Ten years ago, before it was fashionable to date on the internet, I had met a Swedish lady in a chat room. We got on well from the first minute we started chatting, and she soon became my girlfriend. The only problem was that I lived in the UK, and she was in Sweden. For a couple of years we had a long-distance relationship. We were talking on the phone and sending email; to each other. We didn't tell our friends how we met because we were embarrassed. After a while, I decided to leave England and move to Sweden. When I asked her to marry me. Now, we are happily married, and we have four children. I think online dating is fantastic. I met my wife because of it.
