Traditional dish in Russia is salad " olivier". It is made from

3 medium potatoes

2 medium carrots

4 eggs

1 hake's filet

3 medium cucumbers

½ can green peas

5 oz mayonnaise

salt (to taste).

I cook it so:

1 Boil the fish nearly 30 minutes.

2 Boil the potatoes, carrots nearly 35-40

minutes

3 Boil the eggs nearly 20 minutes, and

then put them into cold water to make them cold.

4 Peel all vegetables including the

cucumbers.

5 Dice the vegetables, eggs and fish

into small pieces.

6 Mix all the ingredients with peas, and

then put the mayonnaise.

7 Powder your salad with salt to taste

Dish ready!
