1. I know Pete. I've known him for years. In fact, our grandfathers knew each other when they were alive. 2. He has worked at this restaurant since last summer. He works in the kitchen. Before that, he worked in a shop. 3. When she was younger, she lived in Russia. Now she lives in Japan. She has lived there for five years. 4. I've broken my leg. I broke it on a skiing trip last month. I break something every time I ski.
