1. My car was damaged last night. We used Past Indefinite Passive because the action happened last night.

2. The computer was made in the USA. We used Past Indefinite Passive because the action already happened.

3. The machines are made in Scotland. We used Present Indefinite Passive because the action happens regularly.

4. The money is changed at the bank. We used Present Indefinite Passive because the action happens regularly. Note that the noun money is always singular.
