Схема построения отрицательной формы предложений следующая: подлежащее, вспомогательный глагол, отрицательная частица not, сказуемое, второстепенные члены предложения. Исходя из этого, получаем:

1. Her sister does not live in Moscow.

2. My friend does not learn English.

3. Our teacher does not speak French.

4. This engineer does not work at our office.

5. His wife does not go to the office in the morning.

6. Her friend does not do English exercises at home.

7. His name is not Pavlov.

8. They are not having dictation now.
