When I feel nervous I have nightmares. I see difficult actions in my dream as if it is from a horror film. Once I saw as if I was in the forest and an animal like a man appeared to kill me. I was very frighten and started to run and immediately I got up and my heart was beating so fast as if I was in reality. Sometimes I worry about why I see nightmares maybe it is prediction some scientists say that a dream is a prediction but I don't believe in. I often make up my dreams in order to understand the essence.
