For example, in oysters that are eaten raw, a very dangerous bacterium can live, which leads to infection of the blood. Moreover, in our time, the seas and oceans are heavily contaminated with various industrial wastes. Heat treatment, of course, does not remove them, but in any case the dish becomes less dangerous. Therefore, eat seafood cooked.
