I think European and Russian fashion nowadays is mostly similar. But that depends on society, of course. If British teenagers have opportunity to live in Russia for a while, they should be ready to different types of clothes. As we know British school uniform is rather strict than in Russia. As for our country, Russian school children just wear white and black clothes, or some color which is chosen for the certain class or in primary school. So British teens can wear the same. Sometimes Russian teens wear jewerly to school. That should not be accepted. So British students also mustn't do the same. So different schools have various rules and laws. And children have their own rights and duties, not only in Russia or Great Britain.
