I think that there is no need in more simple form of English, because people usually use it not only for communicating, but for more. Obviously, the communicative function of any language is the main one, but there are, for example, persuading, defining, analyzing, speculating and other functions, that will be forgotten, if we start only use the simplified English. In my view, it's normal to have some struggles in learning, but we shouldn't make this simple language even more simple.
