Hi Tim. If your parents listen to your advice, hurry up to tell them never buy a semi-detached house. Never! Even if your neighbors are nice persons, you will live too close. This can lead to conflicts. The only appropriate way to leave in peace with your neighbors is to see them as little as possible. I think that six bedrooms are too much. However, you will always have a free room for your old mate, will not you?
