Salad with salmon and dried tomatoes

For two portions:

Lettuce leaves - 1 bunch,

Lightly salted salmon - 100 g,

Olives - 10-12 pcs.

Cheese Radomer - 100 g,

Quail eggs - 6 pcs.

Dried tomatoes - 10-12 pcs.

Classic Yoghurt - 100 ml,

Juice from 1 lemon,

Salt - to taste,

Balsamic Cream - 1 tbsp.

Cooking method:

Boil eggs until ready. Cool, peel and cut in half. Wash lettuce leaves well and dry with a towel. Spread the leaves on plates. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Salmon also cut into strips. Cut olives in half. Spread olives, cheese, dried tomatoes and eggs beautifully on the salad. Make a dressing: mix yogurt, salt, lemon juice and balsamic cream. Put dressing over salads.
