Dear Manager,

Sorry for disturbing. Last night I was staying at your hotel in room number 22. In rush I left the room, holding my two cases, but unfortunately I forgot my sport bag. I think I left it in the gym. It is big black and made of leather. On the right there is a small hidden pocket in it.

I hope it will not make you uncomfortable to send it back to me.
