1) I love spaghetti. Oh! so do I. - Используем вспомогательный глагол do, т. к. основной глагол не "to be".

2) The police made me answer a lot of questions. - Данное предложение в активном залоге. The police является субъектом, me - дополнение, поэтому после me не используется частица to.

3) the theory was well received in the past. - Используем past simple passive voice, ориентируясь на обстоятельство "in the past".
