    What is a legal system? - The legal system consists of civil law, common law and religious law. Can judges make law? - No, they can't. The judges can't make law. What is meant by separation of powers? - Separation of powers means that the three branches of government are separated. What legal system is used in your country? - Legal system in my country is Constitutional. What countries use religious law? - Afghanistan, Egypt, The Gambia and Iran use religious law.
