По контексту понятно, что во всех предложениях диалога (кроме одного, предпоследнего предложения, в котором говорится, что "Наталья играет очень хорошо в этих чемпионатах") действия происходят в настоящий момент. Следовательно, нам нужно построить глагол-сказуемое в Present Continuous Tense (настоящем продолженном времени).

She is not winning ... but she is getting ... Are you having ... ? Natalia plays ... We are enjoying.
