Movie star Shane West was injured in a helicopter crush yesterday evening. Luckily West and the pilot had been thrown out before the helicopter started to burn. The accident was caused by a fault in the computer controlled equipment. The pilot was given the wrong flying instructions from the earth and was obliged to obey them.
