Write about your favourite Belarusian dish

Of course, Belarusian kitchen is not so famous and popular as French, Italian or Chinese. But it also has many tasty and nutritious meals, which are known in other countries. My favorite dish is draniki or in English manner - potato cakes. They are cooked very easy: raw potato is rubbed on a grater, then eggs, salt, pepper and a little bit of flavor are added. After this my mother takes the dough with spoon and fries cakes in the pan. I like to eat draniki with sour crème and greaves. I know that it is not very healthy, but so tasty!
