Mashed potato

Everyone know and like this dish and have their own ways of making it. I'm going to describe my recipe of mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

1. potatoes - 300 - 400 g

2. butter - 40 g

3. milk - 50-100 ml

4. salt and pepper

- Peel the potatoes and put them into a pan and add cold water to the pan. Add salt to the water.

- Put the pan on the high heat and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cower the pan. It must simmer 20-25 minutes.

- Drain the water and pour on the cooked potatoes milk and melt butter. Add some pepper or any other condiment.

- Mush the potato until the mashed potatoes are smooth and all ingredients are mixed.

- Put the mashed potatoes in dishes.
