I am tired already. I feel I'll die!

Мы используем настоящее время, так как человек говорит о данном моменте. Поэтому глагол to be в форме am.

This cap fits me that's why I wear it.

Опять же таки говорится о настоящем времени без каких либо видоизменений, поэтому используем Present Simple.

I am going home, wait till I come.

В первой части предложения говорится о процессе в настоящем, поэтому используется время Present Continuous. Вторая часть предложения должна стоять в Present Simple.

Главное, это правильно использовать конструкции.
