    1. It was a cold winter night. It was snowing hard and I wanted to get back home quickly. 2. I've never worked so hard in my life as now when I am writing my diploma-paper. 3. I learnt riding a bike when I was five years old. I've been riding for 20 years already. 4. Where was he going when you met him in the morning? - To the library. 5. I've never worn a tie to work and I refuse to start now. 6. No sooner had I reached the door than I realized it had been locked. 7. As I was crossing the road I saw Alice coming out of the bookshop. She said she had bought some English books in the original.
