1. At last the librarian gave me the book which I had been waiting for during two months. - Наконец библиотекарь дал мне книгу, которую я ждал два месяца.

2. He had been writing the composition for three hours and he said he would finish it soon. - Он писал сочинение три часа и сказал, что вскоре закончит его.

3. On entering the drawing-room he fond that his two friends had got up and were waiting for him. - Войдя в гостиную он обнаружил, что его два друга уже встали и ждут его.
