После создания организационной структуры должны быть четко определены области (и подотрасли) деятельности, уровни полномочий и обязанности. Однако при такой структуре необходимо учитывать инициативу. Хорошее управление позволяет сотрудникам (и менеджеру) расти в соответствии с индивидуальными способностями. Это ценный актив для компании в том, что индивидуальные таланты способствуют организационному росту.
