1. People get the Nobel Peace Prize every year (with some exceptions) during annual awards ceremony since 1901.

2. People get the Nobel Peace Prize, because the Norwegian Nobel Committee decided who among all of the nominated people brought biggest impact in keeping the world in peace.

3. I know some Russian people, that once got a Nobel Peace Prize. Among them: Menachem Begin (sixth Prime Minister of Israel), Andrei Dmitrievich Sakharov (nuclear physicist) and other talented peoples, that I'm proud of.
