  1. If you want to keep healthy you need follow some rules. Eat only healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, cereals, etc. Refuse from chips, soda and fast food. Go in for sports, do exercises. Move more. Do not have bad habits such as smoking and alcohol. Walk more in the fresh air. Harden your body. Have a healthy sleep. Observe personal hygiene. Fill your life with positive emotions and always be in a good mood. Do all these actions and you will be healthy.
