1. I have not seen you for a long time. Where have you been? - I have been to London. (Используем Present Perfect Tense, так как момент не указан и существует связь с настоящим временем).

When did you go there? - I went there a month ago. (Past Simple Tense, так как указан точный момент в прошлом).

How did you like London? - It was great! (Past Simple Tense)

2. I have just seen an interesting film. I am going to tell about it to my friends. (Present Perfect / конструкция "to be going to" используется для выражения действия в будущем).
