Where is granny? She is working in the garden. Present Continuous, вопрос задаётся относительно текущего местонахождения.

Every day I have dinner at two o'clock. Present Simple, регулярно повторяющееся действие (every day - каждый день).

How is your mother feeling? Present Continuous, вопрос задан относительно текущего самочувствия, состояния (Как себя чувствует твоя мама?); вариант "How does your mother feel?" имел бы значение текущих ощущений (Что твоя мама чувствует/ощущает?).

My little sister is sleeping now. Present Continuous, действие происходит в момент речи (now - сейчас).

She likes to sleep after dinner. Present Simple, речь идёт о предпочтении, о привычном распорядке.
