1. is - глагол to be выполняет функцию глагола-связки.

2. does promote - глагол to do усиливает стоящий после него глагол promote в утвердительном предложении.

3. have - глагол to have в своем истинном значении "иметь".

4. has proven - глагол to have выступает вспомогательным глаголом в Present Perfect.

5. is to - глагол to be в роли эквивалента модального глагола must - должен.
