In front of him, he 2) saw a woman and her dog. Перед собой он увидел женщину с собакой.

He 3) was very surprised! Он был удивлен.

When he 4) came out of the cinema, he said to the woman, as a joke: ''Did your dog like the film?'' ''Oh, yes!'' she 5) answered, ''But he thought the book was much better!''
