I was used to like going to our local cinema. It was old and rather uncomfortable before the reconstruction but it had a character.

Пояснения: конструкция "to be used to" употребляется когда мы говорим о каких-то привычных для человека действиях, в данном случае она употребляется в прошедшем времени.
