We discussed legislation system of the United Kingdom at school. We learnt what the Parliament of the Kingdom is like. First thing I find out about UK Parliament is that it has two parts: the upper House and the lower House. The former is also known as the House of Lords and the latter people used to call the House of Commons. The monarch of the United Kingdom is the part of the Parliament too. Well, sort of. This post called the Crown-in-Parliament. They all meet at the Palace of Westminster and work hard on any issue that may arise in their beloved country. They are making new laws, correct old ones, determine how huge taxes should be and so on. There is a system which allows both Houses and the Queen control and restrain each other. So the main problem for all members of the Parliament is to come to an agreement on the matter. It can't be an easy job.
