Do you intend to go to college or university? - I intend to go to university.

Why? / Why not? - I want to get the best education.

2 If so. What do you plan to study and where do you plan to study? - I plan to study languages in the university.

3 Would you consider studying abroad? If yes, where would you go and why? If not, why not? - No, I would not. I would not consider to study abroad because our universities are the best.
