As I live in Ukraine, I do realize that our country is famous for its traditional costume, called "vyshyvanka". To be specific, it is an embroidered shirt that is usually worn by men or women on the celebration days or as a regular wear. Every region of the country has its own version of the costume with different patterns, meanings, historical background, and tradition of wearing. Nowadays, vyshyvanka is only getting more popular as it is shown in various fashion journals and popularized by politicians.
