Like most of Russians I'm a big fan of Crab Salad. My mom usually cooks it for every family celebration and it continues to be the most popular dish for all our relatives. But it perfectly suits for an ordinary family dinner as well. In order to cook this salad you should mix 1 cabbage head, 1 can of corn, 1 pack of crab meat, 2 boiled eggs, 1 cucumber and a little bit of boiled rice. The salad is dressed with mayonnaise. It is tasty, flavorful and suits for both seafood and meat lovers.
