2. A: I have been calling Carol all day, but it goes straight to voice mail.

B: I expect she has gone to Head Office.

3. A: "Tosca" is coming to the Opera House. Have you seen it?

B: Not yet, but I have been looking forward to it for ages. Shall we go together?

4 A: How long have you been producing cars at this site?

B: About four years. We have invested around twenty million dollars in plant and machinery.
