Basil and Prosciutto Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Butter - 200 g,

Basil - 1 bunch,

Prosciutto (or jamon) - 50 g,

Soft cheese - 100 g

Cooking method:

Soften butter at room temperature. Wash basil and then dry, and chop very finely. Add to butter and mix well. Put the butter back in the refrigerator so that it does harden a little. Brown sliced baguette slightly in a dry frying pan. Let them cool. Spread baguette slices with basil butter. Put a piece of prosciutto or jamon on a top. Put soft cheese, like philadelphia, on meat using a pastry syringe. Decorate sandwiches with basil leaves.
