    Meal is very important in people's life. Eating meal, we have our energy and good state of health for our existence and work. So we have at least three parts of meal: breakfast, dinner, supper. I'd like to make the approximate menu for each part. So for breakfast you can eat porridge or cornflakes with milk, eggs, bread and butter, some cheese or sausage. Also you can drink tea, coffee or cocoa. For dinner you can have any favourite soup or just clear soup, mashed potatoes or spaghetti with chop or fish, some salad and juice for drink. For supper you can have vegetable stew, crispbreads, baked vegetables with chicken, for example. Anyway, meal must be regular in order to feel ourselves good and healthy. And of course, we should keep proportion, especially for children. They shouldn't overeat or starve, especially when they are ill or study.
